Role & responsibilities
Drive innovation and capability development for Titan Eyewear by identifying, developing, and implementing new technologies, mechanisms, materials, components, and manufacturing solutions. The role will focus on creating differentiated product features, building future product capabilities, and driving the commercialization of innovative concepts.
Preferred candidate profile
3-4 years of experience in Product Development, R&D;, Innovation, Mechanism Design, Recent Product Development, or Advanced Engineering, with exposure to prototype development, testing, validation, and commercialization of engineering solutions.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of product design, mechanism development, CAD tools (NX/Creo/SolidWorks), rapid prototyping, 3D printing, testing and validation, DFM/DFA, material selection, DOE, FMEA, root cause analysis, technology benchmarking, and structured problem-solving.
