Job Responsibilities

- Handle CNC Turning and VMC Milling machines.

- Read and understand CNC programs, including G-codes and M-codes.

- Understand engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining processes.

- Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.

- Manage machine settings, tool offsets, cutting tools, and cycle times.

- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection and rework.

- Coordinate with PPC for daily production plans and priorities.

- Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime, and tool consumption.

- Supervise operators and ensure safety and 5S practices.

- Prepare daily production, rejection, and downtime reports.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and PPC departments.





- Be willing to learn and work on new machines and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

- Practical experience in CNC Turning and VMC Milling.

- Knowledge of CNC programming, engineering drawings, and measuring instruments.

- Basic MS Excel and production reporting skills.

- Good problem-solving and team-handling skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
