Key Responsibilities:

- Support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CE) modules.

- Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Configure and maintain AR functionalities including:

- Customer Profiles

- Transaction Types

- Receipt Methods

- AutoCash Rules

- Lockbox Processing

- AutoInvoice

- Manage Cash Management configurations including:

- Bank Account Setup

- Bank Statement Processing

- Cash Positioning

- Automatic and Manual Reconciliations

- Support inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion and external applications using:

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- FBDI

- Web Services

- Middleware Solutions

- File-Based Integrations

- Monitor and troubleshoot interface failures, reconciliation issues, and transaction exceptions.

- Collaborate with integration teams, banking partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.

- Perform requirement gathering, solution design, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production support activities.

- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

- Conduct root cause analysis and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).

- Assist with data migration,



legacy system conversion, and cutover activities during implementations and upgrades.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience with Oracle Financials, including extensive experience in Oracle Fusion AR and Cash Management.

- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle and financial processes.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AR configurations and cash management functions.

- Expertise in Oracle Fusion integrations using OIC, FBDI, web services, and middleware technologies.

- Experience supporting interfaces involving:

- Customer Data

- Invoices

- Receipts

- Bank Statements

- Accounting Transactions

- Strong knowledge of:

- Subledger Accounting (SLA)

- AR-to-GL Reconciliation

- Financial Controls

- Period-End Closing Activities

- Experience with data conversions, ADFDI/FBDI uploads, and legacy migration projects.

- Proven experience in AMS and Production Support environments.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Payments, and Treasury modules.

- Exposure to banking platforms, lockbox providers, and enterprise application integrations.

- Experience working in global Oracle Fusion environments.

- Oracle Fusion certifications will be an added advantage.
