About the role

We import from five countries and deliver to customers across India. We need a senior operator who leads from the front, takes ownership of outcomes, and turns daily chaos into reliable systems. We hire for results, not for talk.

What you’ll own

- End-to-end order flow: sourcing, import, dispatch, delivery and installation
- Leading and guiding Operations Executives in daily execution
- Writing and enforcing SOPs for fulfilment, logistics and installation scheduling
- Managing vendors, couriers and installation partners across India
- Tracking operational KPIs: on-time delivery, order accuracy, turnaround time and shipping cost
- Handling escalations, then fixing their root cause so they don’t repeat

What we need





- 4–6 years in operations, logistics or supply chain; e-commerce, D2C or automotive is a solid plus
- Experience guiding or supervising a team
- Import or cross-border logistics experience preferred
- Sharp problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Strong with data, spreadsheets and order-tracking systems
- Fluent English; Malayalam and/or Hindi preferred
