Team Leader - R550 Assembly
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve key performance parameters across Productivity, Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Morale for the R550 Series Engine Assembly.
- Manage production planning, daily manpower allocation, operational decision-making, and process troubleshooting.
- Handle troubleshooting for electrical components and resolve in-process technical issues.
- Required Competencies & Skills:
- Functional knowledge of ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of IMS (Integrated Management System) standards.
- Basic knowledge of engine testing and machining processes.
- Educational Qualification:
- - B.E. in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
