Job Title: Senior Designer Graphics, Video & Motion

Location: Mumbai

Reporting Manager: Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Senior Designer with strong capabilities across graphic design, video, and motion graphics. The role will be responsible for translating briefs and creative direction into high-quality visual solutions, while proactively contributing ideas and exploring new ways to enhance the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of assigned projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
- Understand client requirements and feedback and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Proactively contribute creative ideas and alternative design approaches, rather than limiting execution to the initial direction.
- Research and explore creative platforms, websites, tools, design trends, and visual references to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to projects.
- Create high-quality designs for presentations, publications, infographics, digital content, events, and marketing materials.
- Edit and produce video content and create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Work closely with the Art Director to translate the creative direction into robust and engaging visual outputs.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, visual development, asset creation, and production efficiency.
- Ensure final artwork is client-ready, including correct formats, dimensions, resolution, assets, file structure, and other delivery requirements.
- Review work carefully for accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand compliance before final delivery.
- Support junior designers with design and production guidance when required.

Skills & Experience:

- 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with solid experience in developing and delivering creative projects.
- Strong portfolio covering graphic design, video,



and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, After Effects, and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Google Studio, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, branding, visual storytelling, video editing, and motion design.
- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of production and technical requirements.
- Ability to interpret briefs, contribute creative ideas, and work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Shift Timings:

- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts and working from office
