Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for business-critical applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and release management.
- Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor application health and proactively address potential issues.
- Support deployment activities and release rollouts.

Front-End

- JavaScript (ES6+)

Back-End

- Microservices Architecture
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth)





Database

- Strong MongoDB experience
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Database design, optimization, stored procedures, and query tuning

DevOps / CI-CD

- Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
- Automated build and deployment pipelines
- Docker knowledge preferred

Cloud (Preferred)

- Azure / AWS exposure
- Application deployment and monitoring

Production Support Experience (Mandatory)

- Overall 8-10 yrs experience and minimum 3+ years of experience in a production support environment.
- Experience in handling:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- RCA Documentation
- Defect Resolution
- Production Deployments
- Performance Troubleshooting

- Ability to work on critical tickets and high-priority issues.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
