Key responsibilities

1. Website upkeep and governance (primary)

2. Ad landing pages (primary)

3. Team and stakeholder leadership

- Lead and prioritise work for web developers, designers and content writers (in-house or agency).
- Work daily with performance marketing on campaign calendars and landing page needs.
- Coordinate with doctors and compliance for medical content and claims (AYUSH advertising norms, Drugs and Magic Remedies Act).

4. SEO support Make sure every release is SEO-ready: metadata, URL structure, schema and page speed.

Support the SEO team on local center pages and Google Business Profile consistency.

5. Reporting

- Share a monthly dashboard: pages updated, landing pages launched, conversion rates, cost per lead and open issues.
- Link landing page performance to enquiries and appointments in the CRM.

Must-have skills

- 8–10 years in website management, landing pages/CRO or digital marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team.
- Proven record of building landing pages that improved conversion rate or cost per lead (portfolio with live examples and numbers required).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
