Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets for the MICE business.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and decisionmakers.

3. Build a pipeline of recent customers while strengthening key account relationships to drive repeat business.

4. Deliver best-in-class Thomas Cook services and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Understand client requirements, align them with internal delivery capabilities, and conduct effective handover meetings with Operations.

6. Strengthen brand value by demonstrating professionalism and adhering to established business practices.

7. Ensure timely client collections as per agreed terms and conditions, with effective cash flow management.

8. Ensure the signing of MOUs, GFOs, and SLAs for all projects.

9. Periodically review the sales team's performance and drive accountability against defined targets.

10. Establish and manage the sales team's performance management framework, including role allocation,



responsibility setting, and performance expectations.

11. Identify industry best practices and implement them in line with business requirements.

12. Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and decisionmakers across corporate accounts.

13. Expand existing customer relationships by proactively proposing solutions aligned with their business objectives.

14. Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

15. Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and prepare customized solutions accordingly.

16. Maintain an updated sales funnel and participate in regular sales reviews with the senior key account management team.

17. Ensure timely and accurate updates to business systems for MIS reporting and compliance with established MICE sales processes.

18. Ensure the timely submission and collection of essential documents, including GST certificates, and coordinate with clients and the file-closing team for effective documentation and control.
