Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage engineering and maintenance activities for hospital facilities, ensuring compliance with NABH standards.

- Oversee breakdown maintenance, equipment maintenance, and utility maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for various projects related to civil engineering, electrical works, plumbing systems, etc.

- Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 14-20 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance (Hospital) with a background in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)or Dip. Polytechnic.

- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, ETPs, boilers, chillers, air compressors, transformers etc.

- Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality control.
