Partner with SHQ and zonal business teams to provide financial insights, performance analysis and decision support for business growth.

Support zonal budgeting, forecasting and business planning process in alignment with central finance and business teams.

Track revenue, volume, contribution, margins, discounts, incentives and profitability across products, channels and regions.

Review dealer-wise and region-wise profitability, commercial performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Receivables Monitoring & MIS, Zero Base Budgeting, provision hygiene, Audit sample management, Co-ordinate with Internal stakeholders, PO approvals, PR Approvals etc

Coordinate with accounts, credit, commercial finance and regional teams for timely reconciliation, issue resolution and financial closure.

Prepare periodic MIS, dashboards and management review packs for performance, profitability and financial risks.

Partnering with business to improve % of profitable dealers

Identify and escalate financial risks related to schemes, dealer claims, credit exposure, inventory, margins and operating expenses.

Provide guidance to regional teams on finance processes, documentation, commercial controls and financial discipline.
