Role Title: Deputy General Manager (L4) – VMTL Exterior Trims, TMPV

Purpose of the Role:

The role of VMTL exists to ensure delivery of exterior trim aggregates for assigned project by meeting program targets of quality, cost & time. The VMTL leads the Vehicle Module CFT and drives progress of design, development, validation, launch, VAVE activities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead VMT and facilitate D&D; of exterior trim aggregates
- Plan & review component & sub-system development tasks
- Participate in part development activities including issue resolution & escalations
- Present project status in program meetings
- Issue resolution in MINT and updates to CFT
- Review component & sub-systems development progress
- Review new technology development progress with SMTL
- Integrate functional best practices, DGDRs & lessons learned

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduation in Engineering
- Relevant experience: Min 10 years’ Experience in the Exterior Trims product engineering & development (i.e. Bumpers, Roof rails, Spoilers, Claddings etc.)
- In depth knowledge of Exterior Trims Design / Engg., Development, Tooling & Advance technologies used
- For exterior applications Familiar with new technology developments & regulations for Exterior applications
- Candidate should have hand over experience in program management
