HIRING | ACCOUNTS & FINANCE MANAGER

Role Overview An opportunity for an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and treasury operations within a financial services or capital markets organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and finalisation of accounts, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Statutory & Tax Compliance: Oversee GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage NSE/BSE regulatory filings, Net Worth certification, Risk-Based Supervision reporting, and client segregation and allocation reporting.
- Exchange Operations: Handle exchange pay-in/pay-out operations while ensuring adherence to applicable stock exchange regulations.
- Audit & Corporate Governance: Coordinate internal and statutory audits, year-end closures, and MCA/ROC filings under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Treasury & Portfolio Operations: Monitor cash flows, maintain banking relationships,



and manage investment portfolio operations using Bloomberg.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting to facilitate business decisions.
- Team Management: Supervise accounting activities and guide team members on financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably within stockbroking, capital markets, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, account finalisation, statutory compliance, and audit management.
- Practical understanding of NSE/BSE compliance requirements and exchange pay-in/pay-out operations.
- Familiarity with MCA/ROC filings and applicable corporate laws.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Bloomberg Terminal.
- Robust analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
