Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Import & Export operations, including shipping documentation, customs clearance coordination, and freight management.

- Manage stores activities such as material receipt, storage, dispatch, and stock maintenance.

- Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct stock verification, and ensure inventory accuracy.

- Verify and process supplier/customer invoices, logistics bills, and maintain relevant documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, customs agents, procurement, accounts, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Import, Export, Logistics, Stores, and Inventory Management.

- Hands-on experience in handling shipping documentation, customs clearance, freight coordination, and invoice processing.

- Valuable knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, material inward/outward activities, and warehouse operations.
