AI Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery and solutioning with enterprise customers.
- Design scalable AI architectures across applications, data, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Build and validate solutions using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Drive AI products from prototype to production deployment.
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide architecture leadership.

What We're Looking For:
- 6-12 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Cloud, Data, or Enterprise Platforms.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI-powered applications.
- Robust knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, orchestration frameworks, and AI evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with APIs, vector databases, SQL, Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
