Job Title- Senior Java Developer

Work Location- Pune Kharadi

Experience Range- 6+

Mode of Interview- Walk in Drive on 31st Oct (Saturday) in TCS Hinjewadi, Pune office.

We have 4 different types of roles in Java for this drive. Below are the mixture of skill set.

1. Java Developerwith Kafka and Agentic AI

Skill set- Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Azure cloud, kafka, Agentic AI

2. Java Full Stack Developer with React and azure cloud skill set- Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Azure cloud, React Js, Full stack development, Azure Cloud

3. Java Front end developer

Java/ Core Java, Spring Boot, React JS/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST API, Microservices

4 . Java Developer with Kafka

Skill set- Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Azure cloud, Docker, kafka,

Description-

- 6-15 years of software development experience with a solid focus on Java.
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Highly proficient in Hibernate, JPA, RDMS such as Oracle, and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Experience with Kafka messaging systems.




- Containerization & Deployment – Implement and manage modern deployment practices using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Strong understanding and extensive hands-on experience with Micro Services Architecture and best practices.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Junit, Mockito, Cucumber frameworks.
- Understanding of AI – Use of AI tools like Claude/Co-pilot. And familiar with AI SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Java-based architectures and solutions.
- Lead and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Document architectural decisions and system designs.
- Support deployment and integration of new solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
