Job Title: In-house Recruiter – Household Staff

Salary: ₹26,000 per month (Approx. ₹22,000 in-hand + PF)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for household staff, including drivers, maids, cooks, security guards, household helpers, caretakers, and laundry staff.

Key Responsibilities

· Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and local field visits.

· Screen candidates based on experience, skills, background, and suitability.

· Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate client interviews and joining.

· Maintain candidate databases and follow up with applicants.





· Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; domestic staffing experience preferred.

· Good communication, screening, and candidate assessment skills.

· Knowledge of Delhi/NCR locations is an advantage.

· Self-motivated and comfortable with field recruitment.

Salary & Perks
