Mr Kirana is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Manager with a solid background in the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention.

- Plan workforce requirements in coordination with management and department heads.

- Support sales and field-force recruitment for the FMCG business.

- Monitor employee performance and implement HR improvement initiatives.

- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.

- Coordinate employee training,



development, and organisational growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.

- Practical understanding of payroll processes and labour law compliance.

- Experience handling sales teams, field staff, and workforce planning is preferred.

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
