Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

- Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and employee incentives with the accounts team.

- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

- Monitor employee performance, appraisals, and probation evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.

- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and personnel files.





- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support employee retention.

- Handle employee exit formalities and full and final settlements.

- Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.

- Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
