Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, grievance handling and daily HR operations for our food manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

- Identify manpower requirements with department heads.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Handle salary discussions, offer letters, candidate follow-ups and joining confirmation.

2. Pre- and Post-Recruitment

- Coordinate candidate documentation and background verification.
- Manage joining formalities, induction and employee orientation.
- Follow up with new employees and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding.

3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

- Act as the first point of contact for employee complaints and concerns.
- Investigate workplace issues fairly and confidentially.
- Resolve routine grievances and escalate serious matters to management.
- Handle counselling, disciplinary documentation and employee conflict resolution.

4. HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain employee files, attendance, leave and personnel records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs,



overtime and salary-related queries.
- Monitor probation, confirmation, employee performance and retention.
- Manage resignations, exit interviews, clearance and full-and-final settlement coordination.

5. HR Compliance & Reporting

- Maintain HR policies, procedures and statutory records.
- Coordinate applicable labour law, PF and ESI compliance.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and monthly HR performance reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field; MBA HR/MSW preferred.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and general HR operations.
- Manufacturing or food-processing industry experience added advantage
- Solid communication, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation and applicable labour regulations.
