About the Role We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can handle end-to-end event branding—from concept creation to final printed output.

This is not a basic design role.

You must be capable of handling real-time event requirements, tight deadlines, and vendor coordination independently.

- Key Responsibilities - High-Level Design Execution
- Design premium event creatives: banners, flexes, stage backdrops, welcome boards, standees, and signage
- Create custom logos and branding for weddings, traditional functions, and corporate events
- Deliver luxury, theme-based, and client-specific designs
- Ensure all files are 100% print-ready (CMYK, bleed, scaling, high DPI, material understanding)
- Vendor Management & Print Ownership
- Directly coordinate with printing vendors
- Provide exact print specifications, sizes, materials, and finishing guidance
- Take full ownership until final printed materials are delivered
- Verify print quality, color accuracy, and finishing before dispatch/install
- Fast-Paced Execution
- Handle multiple event projects simultaneously
- Work under tight deadlines and last-minute changes
- Ensure zero compromise on quality despite time pressure

- Mandatory Requirements




- 3+ years of hands-on experience in event, advertising, or print design
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Deep understanding of large-format printing (flex, vinyl, sunboard, acrylic, etc.)
- Proven experience in handling vendors and print execution
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong Advantage If You Have
- Experience in wedding/event branding industry
- Portfolio with stage designs, luxury wedding creatives, or event campaigns
- Understanding of color correction for print vs digital
- Experience working with event teams or decorators

SALARY CAN BE NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON SKILLS Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
