Kuubiik Studio is a Singapore-based creative and digital marketing agency supporting brands across multiple industries and markets.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional design skills, solid creative thinking, and the ability to produce outstanding visuals across digital, social media, branding, and presentations.

We want someone who brings fresh ideas, understands what makes great design, and can deliver polished, agency-quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality designs for social media, digital advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and advertising creatives.
- Develop professional, visually compelling presentation decks, proposals, pitch decks, and company profiles.
- Create original concepts for branding, campaigns, and other creative projects.
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Develop brand identities, visual guidelines, and consistent design systems.
- Apply strong typography, layout, colour, and composition principles across all deliverables.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats, platforms, and brand identities.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Account Directors, and other specialists.
- Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong digital, social media, branding, and presentation design.




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Excellent typography, composition, colour theory, and layout skills.
- Ability to develop original creative concepts, not just execute templates.
- Experience creating polished corporate presentations and marketing decks.
- Strong attention to detail and a refined visual aesthetic.
- Ability to work across different brands, industries, and creative styles.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

- Motion graphics and animation (After Effects).
- Video editing experience.
- Experience with AI creative tools.
- UI/UX design knowledge.
- Photography, image manipulation, and retouching.
