Graphic Design & Creative Execution

- Design creative materials for digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication.
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Work closely with the content and digital marketing teams to develop effective campaign creatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, design quality, and visual communication across projects.
- Incorporate client feedback and coordinate revisions to deliver final designs on time.

Creative Team Management & Coordination

- Manage, guide, and support graphic designers and other creative team members.
- Allocate daily design tasks based on priorities, workload, and individual capabilities.
- Review team members' designs and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all creative deliverables meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Mentor junior designers and help improve their technical and creative skills.




- Maintain consistency in design standards across all client accounts.
- Identify workflow challenges and suggest improvements to creative processes.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience managing or mentoring a creative team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of social media creatives, branding, advertising, and digital marketing requirements.
- Strong creative thinking, visualisation, and attention to detail.
- Good communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital creative work is required.

Preferred Candidate Profile A creative qualified who can balance hands-on design execution with team leadership, guide designers towards better creative output, and ensure the agency consistently delivers high-quality work to clients. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
