About the Job

We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst with hands-on Anaplan experience to support our planning, forecasting and reporting processes. Working closely with FP&A; and business stakeholders, you will maintain and enhance our Anaplan models, keep data accurate through each planning cycle, and help the team get more value from the platform.

Responsibilities

- Build, maintain and enhance Anaplan models, modules, lists, dashboards and user access, working within agreed model design standards. Provide finance systems support across budgeting, forecasting, P&L; reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
- Lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of Anaplan models, hierarchies, applications, integrations, and user administration.
- Follow Anaplan governance and change control (including ALM and release processes), and support testing and deployment of model enhancements.
- Run and monitor data loads into Anaplan from ERP and the data warehouse, and validate and reconcile model outputs to source systems.
- Gather requirements from FP&A; users and translate them into model changes, escalating design decisions where needed.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, reduce manual processes, and improve financial systems and processes.




- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with global teams to standardise reporting and share best practices.
- Support financial systems projects, ad-hoc analysis, and other strategic initiatives as required.
- Provide day-to-day Anaplan user support and training, and keep model documentation up to date.
- Support month-end, budget and forecast cycles, ensuring models are rolled forward and ready on time.

Skills Required

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, financial systems, financial reporting, or data analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building, administration, reporting, integrations, and governance. Anaplan Certified Model Builder (or working towards) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, P&L; analysis, and financial planning.
- Experience with ERP Finance systems (NetSuite), data warehouses, system integrations, data validation, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior Finance, IT, and business teams.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen; Finance education or professional accounting qualification is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work across global teams, and drive continuous improvement and automation.
