Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounts department, oversee financial operations, manage the finance team, and ensure strong financial planning, control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire finance and accounts team.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor company profitability, operating costs, and working capital.
- Manage taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit activities.
- Establish solid internal controls and financial risk management procedures.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory valuation, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Develop strategies to improve financial performance and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Support senior management in strategic business decisions through financial analysis.
- Supervise accounting systems, ERP software, and financial reporting processes.

Eligibility Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting,



preferably with leadership experience.
- Education: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory regulations.
- Proven experience in managing a finance team and overseeing end-to-end financial operations.
- Excellent skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced Excel, and accounting or ERP software.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing companies will be an added advantage.
