- Apparel designing for ethnic, fusion and contemporary wear.
- Print development, motif creation and pattern designing.
- Conceptualising and developing seasonal collections.
- Trend research and mood board preparation.
- Fabric, colour and embellishment selection.
- Developing designs for kurtas, dresses, anarkalis and festive wear.
- Preparing technical drawings, design sheets and garment specifications.
- Coordinating sampling, fittings and product development.
- Working closely with production, tailoring, printing and embroidery teams.
- Ensuring quality, fit and finishing standards.
- Managing design timelines and multiple collections.
- Maintaining brand aesthetics and design consistency.
- Guiding junior designers and coordinating with other teams.
- Ensuring designs meet costing and production requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
