Are you passionate about social media, digital culture, content, and brands? We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Executive – Social Media who can lead social media initiatives, develop engaging content strategies, and build impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of social media accounts, including content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Develop always-on content strategies and digital-first campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand storytelling, tone of voice, and visual identity across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and account management teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement, reach, and overall performance.
- Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm updates, digital culture, and competitor activities.
- Manage client communications and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Guide and mentor junior team members across projects.

Requirements





- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong agency-side experience, preferably working with consumer-facing brands; B2B experience is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns from ideation to execution and reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
