I. Handle day-to-day operational requirements for Dubai and other destinations as assigned by the management.

II. Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding travel packages, services, and other related requirements.

III. Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements, including costing, pricing, and applicable terms and conditions.

IV. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners to obtain rates, confirm availability, and ensure smooth service delivery.

V. Process and manage bookings, including confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and other related arrangements.

VI. Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely responses, confirmations, and completion of operational requirements.

VII. Provide quotation preparation and costing support to the Dubai team whenever required.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, bookings, supplier rates, and other operational documents.

IX. Ensure all quotations and booking arrangements are handled accurately and within the required timelines.

X. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of customer requirements.

XI. Assist in resolving operational issues and supplier-related matters to ensure customer satisfaction.

XII. Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the role as assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
