Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain matrimonial services and membership plans.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in finding suitable matrimonial profiles.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert enquiries into memberships.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the system.
- Provide timely assistance and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and membership conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on performance.
Qualification: Any degree with positive communication and customer-handling skills. Experience: Experience in telecalling, sales, or matrimonial services is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
