About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Dispatch to join our Operations team at MrMed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment, with a strong focus on shipment accuracy, timely order movement and customer experience.

The role involves managing day-to-day dispatch operations, coordinating with courier partners, monitoring shipment status, resolving delivery-related issues, and collaborating with Warehouse, Customer Support and Logistics teams to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and delivered within committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Order Processing

- Manage end-to-end dispatch activities, from order readiness and documentation to shipment processing and courier handover.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately within defined cut-off times and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Verify shipment labels, invoices, packing details and other required documentation before dispatch.
- Prioritize urgent and time-sensitive shipments in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate dispatch registers,



shipment records and proof-of-handover documentation.

Courier Partner Coordination & Shipment Tracking

- Coordinate with multiple courier partners and logistics platforms for daily pickups, shipment allocation and dispatch planning.
- Monitor shipment movement, pickup completion, transit status and delivery updates.
- Follow up on missed pickups, delayed shipments, failed delivery attempts and return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
- Escalate recurring courier service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor courier partner performance against agreed timelines and service expectations.

Issue Resolution & Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Support, Pharmacy and Logistics teams to resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, incorrect addresses, damaged parcels and delivery exceptions.
- Share accurate shipment updates with relevant internal teams to ensure timely customer communication.
- Coordinate reverse logistics and returned shipments as per company procedures.
- Take ownership of dispatch issues and ensure closure through effective follow-ups.

Reporting & Process Improvement

- Maintain accurate data in order management systems, courier portals, dispatch trackers and operational dashboards.
- Prepare daily reports covering order volumes, pending dispatches, pickup status, delivery delays and shipment exceptions.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track dispatch performance, identify bottlenecks and support operational decisions.
- Follow company SOPs for documentation, packaging, shipment handling and dispatch of specialty medicines.
- Identify opportunities to improve dispatch turnaround time, shipment accuracy,



courier coordination and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Strong understanding of courier operations, shipment tracking, pickup coordination and last-mile delivery processes.
- Experience working with multiple courier partners, courier aggregators and logistics platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with warehouse or order management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and customer-first thinking.

Preferred Background

- Graduation required
- 2+ Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, pharmacy, retail, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Exposure to dispatch management systems, courier aggregators, warehouse systems and operational dashboards.
- Experience handling high-volume shipments and resolving delivery exceptions within defined SLAs.
- Understanding of the documentation and handling requirements involved in dispatching specialty or prescription medicines.
