Job Title: Senior Executive – Credit Control & Payment Collection

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to manage outstanding payments, monitor credit periods, and ensure timely collections from dealers and business partners through effective coordination with the Sales and Accounts Teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily meetings with Sales Personnel to review outstanding balances, payment commitments, and collection targets.
- Follow up with dealers and distributors to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms (6, 7, 15 days, or as applicable).
- Monitor overdue accounts, track pending payments, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding balances.




- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Teams to resolve payment delays and collection-related issues.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of outstanding amounts, collections, and overdue payments.
- Escalate delayed payments and ensure consistent follow-up until closure.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Outstanding Payment Collection.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and outstanding payment reporting.
- Experience in B2B distribution, telecom, electronics, or FMCG will be preferred.
