Role Overview:

Thisrole offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of data, business andtechnology, enabling data-driven decision-making across the life insurancevalue chain

Thecandidate will work with business stakeholders and the Analytics AI teamto extract, transform and analyse data, develop dashboards and reports, andgenerate actionable insights to improve business performance

Therole requires solid analytical thinking, hands-on technical skills and theability to translate business requirements into reliable data analysis andmeaningful visualisations

Key Focus Areas:

DataAnalysis Insights: Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns,performance gaps and opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting,Persistency, Claims and Customer Service

BIDevelopment Visualisation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards,reports and performance trackers using BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight

DataEngineering Automation: Build and maintain SQL queries, data pipelinesand data transformation processes to ensure timely and reliable availability ofdata for reporting and analytics

Qualifications Competencies:





14years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, BI Development or DataEngineering

Proficiencyin SQL, Excel, Data modelling, ETL/ELT processes and data transformation

Hands-onexperience in developing dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight orsimilar BI tools

Workingknowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is preferred

Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionableinsights

Attentionto detail, ownership of deliverables and a willingness to learn new tools andtechnologies

Goodcommunication skills and the ability to work with business and technicalstakeholders

Preferred:Experience working with AWS data services and familiarity with the banking,financial services or insurance domain
