Role Overview

We are looking for a creatively inclined and detail-oriented professional to coordinate with marketing and design agencies, support creative development, and manage coordination related to Legal Metrology and Product Development. The candidate will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing creatives, packaging requirements, and product-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with external marketing, advertising, and design agencies for creative briefs, artwork development, revisions, and final approvals.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure marketing collaterals and brand creatives are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate packaging design, labelling, and artwork requirements for new and existing products.
- Support Legal Metrology compliance, including packaging declarations, labelling requirements, and coordination of necessary documentation.




- Work closely with the Product Development team on product launches, packaging updates, and related coordination activities.
- Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Maintain documentation and coordinate with relevant internal departments and external partners.
- Follow up with stakeholders to resolve execution-related queries and ensure smooth project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Design, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing coordination, creative agency management, packaging, branding, or product development.
- Robust creative aptitude, visual sense, and attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with packaging and Legal Metrology requirements will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background: FMCG, food and beverage, QSR, retail, or consumer brands.
