- The Incharge - Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is responsible for leading and implementing TPM strategies to optimize equipment effectiveness, reduce downtime, and improve overall productivity within the automotive steel components, fine blanking, precision machining, and automotive rubber products manufacturing facility. This role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of proactive maintenance, and ensuring alignment with the company's operational goals.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive TPM program aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

- Lead the implementation of TPM pillars, including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Quality Maintenance. --

- Conduct regular equipment inspections and audits to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with maintenance standards. --





- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions. --

- Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance personnel and equipment operators on TPM principles and maintenance best practices. --

- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. --

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all maintenance activities. --

- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. --

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per month
