Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of service engineers to ensure efficient delivery of after-sales services to customers.
- Develop and implement effective service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supervise daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years' experience in after-sales service or related field.
- Proven track record as a Service Manager or equivalent role.
- Robust leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for high performance.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
