Role & responsibilities:

- Understand the customer requirements, discuss with vendors/developing team
- Developing the control system concept, block diagram, logic, software, HMI
- Interact with the hardware vendors to ensure Scope of Supply for the project is met
- Commissioning of the PLC system on site
- Interlocking scheme between robot and PLC
- Developing the Safety system
- Simulation/emulation of PLC

Preferred candidate profile

- Development of robotic cutting system
- Aerospace applications
- Integration of robot path OLP and PLC OLP and trouble-shooting off-line
- Training
- Provide integrated robot-PLC training to junior engineers.
- Frequent travel & deputation to customer sites is expected
- On-site installation/commissioning work is planned for any location - within India and overseas
- Candidates should be ready for long-term in office projects




- Candidates should be prepared to work in shifts
