:

- Manage end-to-end tendering activities for major work packages, including civil works, finishing works, faade works, waterproofing, landscaping and allied packages.

- Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify potential vendors by reviewing Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and assessing technical and commercial capabilities.

- Review and send the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, commercial terms and conditions.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for various tender packages.

- Obtain, evaluate, and compare technical and commercial quotations from multiple bidders, preparing techno-commercial comparison statements.

- Schedule and conduct commercial negotiation meetings with bidders during the tendering stage.

- Coordinate with the Reporting Manager for bid evaluation, contractor selection and finalization of work orders.

- Prepare and issue Work Orders through the SAP MM Module

- Administer post-contract activities, including contract execution, quantity variations, amendments, commercial correspondence and contractor coordination.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with prior experience in the Tendering/Contracts Department will be preferred
