Job Title: Senior E-commerce Executive

Reporting To: Managing Director

Location : Pallikaranai, Chennai

Experience : 3 - 5+

Job Overview The Senior E-commerce Executive will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company’s online business operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role includes managing marketplace performance, digital sales growth, product visibility, inventory coordination, campaign execution, and customer experience. The candidate should have solid analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to handle end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage e-commerce platforms such as Amazon & Flipkart.

 Complete channel P&L;, budgeting, cost optimization, margin improvement, and profitability.

 Monitor KPIs and platform SLAs to ensure operational efficiency

 Handle end-to-end marketplace operations including product listings, pricing, inventory, and

 order management

 Ensure accurate product catalogue management with optimized titles, descriptions,

 keywords, images, and A+ content

 Coordinate new product launches and category expansions across all online platforms.





 Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse & operations teams to avoid stock-

 Outs.

 Drive online sales growth through promotions, offers, campaign planning, and marketplace

 Advertisements.

 Plan and execute seasonal sales campaigns, discounts, and platform-specific deals

 Track daily sales performance, conversion rates, ROAS, and revenue targets

 Analyse competitor pricing, trends, and market positioning for business growth

 Manage SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, and traffic generation

 Manage marketplace ads and promotional activities to improve product ranking and visibility

 Work on brand store management, enhanced content, and online merchandising strategies

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, returns, inventory, and marketplace

 performance

 Analyse customer behaviour, traffic reports, and conversion data to improve performance

 Handle customer escalations, ratings, reviews, and online reputation management

 Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams for issue resolution

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
