As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive at DNKR Digital, you will take complete ownership of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, acting as both a strategist and an execution lead to drive substantial business growth for our clients. Working closely with our industry veteran founder, your day-to-day responsibilities will span across multiple high-impact domains:

1. Website Creation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end website development, monitor UX/UI improvements, design high-converting landing pages, and ensure optimal technical performance and speed.
2. Search Optimization (SEO, AEO, GEO): Spearhead organic visibility strategies. This includes traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tailored for AI-driven search and chatbots like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
3. Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads): Plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI.
4. Social Media Marketing: Formulate comprehensive social media strategies, oversee content creation, manage community interactions, and build a strong organic brand presence across channels.
5. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Design, implement, and track end-to-end lead generation funnels, manage capture forms, and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.
6. Email Marketing & Automation: Build and manage sophisticated email campaigns, including newsletters, drip sequences, customer segmentation, and automated workflow triggers.
7. Strategy & Decision Making: Formulate comprehensive digital growth strategies, manage campaign budgets effectively, and utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Zoho/HubSpot CRM to make data-backed business decisions.
8. Client Handling & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, present performance reports, understand business objectives, and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Client Visits & Field Coordination: Conduct 6 to 8 in-person client meetings per month across Pune to align on strategies, present deliverables, and provide strategic advisory.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional who matches the following criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on, full-funnel digital marketing experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
- Location & Mobility: Based in Pune or actively open to relocating to Pune. You must be comfortable working remotely (WFH) while maintaining the mobility required for 68 monthly client visits across the city.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of industry-standard tools including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Semrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, Elementor, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and Canva/Figma.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven track record of handling client-facing discussions with confidence, poise, and professionalism.
- Work Ethic & Flexibility: Available Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with occasional flexibility required for a 2–3 hour commitment on Saturdays when urgent client meetings or reviews demand it.
