– High-Speed PCB Design Engineer

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop high-speed, multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer.
2. Work on high-speed interfaces including DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR, PCIe, MIPI 10Gb and Ethernet. Perform component placement, routing, library creation, DRC setup and error clearance.
3. Define and recommend PCB stack-up based on SI/PI and EMI/EMC requirements.
4. Support Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis and implement design recommendations.
5. Ensure PCB designs comply with DFM/DFT/DFX and EMI/EMC requirements.
6. Generate and verify Gerber, manufacturing, STEP/DXF and panelization files.
7. Perform CAM/DFM verification using Valor and support manufacturing file validation.
8. Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to resolve design and production-related issues.

Review PCB design changes and provide recommendations for improved manufacturability and performance.
