Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other automation tools.

- Implement GitOps-based deployment strategies using Argo CD.

- Manage application deployments and configuration synchronization across Kubernetes environments.

- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes.

- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, version control, and deployment configurations.

- Monitor pipeline execution, troubleshoot deployment failures, and perform root cause analysis.

- Implement deployment best practices, security controls, and rollback strategies.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve release efficiency.





- Continuously improve DevOps processes through scripting and automation.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation.

- Practical experience with Harness CI/CD.

- Strong understanding of GitOps principles and Argo CD.

- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

- Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.

- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Shell.

- Experience with YAML-based configurations and deployment manifests.

- Troubleshooting skills across build, deployment, and runtime environments.
