Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare BOQ, BOM and design control panels as per the standard products and customer specifications.
2. Forecast electrical control panel costing sheet, Estimation.
3. Develop & improve existing control wiring / panel design.
4. Write / Modify PLC ladder diagram.
5. CNC Controller selection / wiring diagrams
6. Prepare electrical drawing on AutoCAD, EPlan (3D Cad Optional)
7. Develop & standardize technical specifications for equipment.
8. Develop engineering projects analysis to include preliminary design, calculations, budget analysis.
9. Provide Technical support / troubleshooting solution to field service team.
10. Work closely with Mechanical design team to evaluate electrical / instrumentation / control requirements.




11. Suggest modifications to develop and design to enhance quality.

Develop and maintain relations with other departments during different phases of product development Short term: Design control panel & wiring diagrams, Generation of BOQ with estimation, Control, Support production team.

Long term Optimize the electrical / instrumentation cost of projects, standardize electrical panels / BOM for standard products. To grow in the organization to give a sustainable and trouble-free product
