Role Description The Senior Deputy General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai. This position oversees day-to-day operations, including supervising teams that provide immigration consulting services, monitoring client case progress, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, improving service quality, and coordinating with senior management on growth initiatives and performance targets.

Manager will review key performance metrics, resolve escalated client issues, manage resource allocation, and support training and development of staff.
