- We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Executive to handle client queries, conduct client meetings at the office, maintain strong customer relationships, and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.Key ResponsibilitiesRequired SkillsJob Profile

- Handle customer queries and concerns over phone calls in a professional manner.

- Welcome and assist clients visiting the office and provide appropriate information about travel packages and services.

- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Convince and motivate clients to complete pending payments and follow up regularly for payment collection.

- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and payment status.





- Follow up with clients regarding bookings, outstanding dues, and other service-related matters.

- Achieve assigned customer service and payment follow-up targets.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.

- Confidence in handling clients over phone calls and face-to-face meetings.

- Valuable follow-up and payment collection skills.

- Professional attitude with a customer-oriented approach.

- Basic computer knowledge and record-maintenance skills.
