- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints.

- Explain repair requirements, service costs, and estimated delivery timelines to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.

- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs.

- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with customers after service and address complaints promptly.

- Promote additional services, accessories, and value-added services.

- Maintain service records, customer feedback, and job card documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
