Head – Presales & Lead Management | Real Estate
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the presales & telecalling team.
- Manage lead allocation, qualification and follow-ups.
- Drive qualified site visits and improve lead conversion.
- Monitor CRM, calling software, call recordings and team productivity.
- Coordinate with Sales & Digital Marketing teams.
- Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Solid real-estate presales and team management experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools such as LeadSquared or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
- Target-oriented with a focus on site visits and sales conversions.
