Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Academic Content Writer to support students applying for PhD and doctoral research programmes at universities across Europe. The ideal candidate should have robust academic writing, research, analytical, and editing skills, along with an understanding of European doctoral admission processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and refine PhD research proposals based on students' academic backgrounds, research interests, and intended areas of study.
- Develop research questions, objectives, literature reviews, research gaps, theoretical frameworks, and research methodologies.
- Prepare and edit Statements of Purpose (SOPs), motivation letters, academic CVs, and supervisor enquiry emails.
- Conduct literature searches and identify relevant, credible, and up-to-date academic references.
- Assist in identifying suitable European universities, research groups, supervisors, and funded PhD opportunities.
- Customise application documents according to university-specific requirements and research project guidelines.
- Ensure proper referencing, originality, academic integrity, grammar, and professional presentation.
- Coordinate with counsellors, students, and application teams to collect relevant information and meet submission deadlines.




- Review and revise documents based on feedback from students, supervisors, or the application team.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written English and strong academic writing skills.
- Practical experience in writing research proposals, literature reviews, or other academic documents.
- Knowledge of academic research methods, referencing styles, and plagiarism-checking practices.
- Familiarity with academic databases and research tools such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, or Web of Science.
- Ability to understand research papers, identify research gaps, and structure a logical research proposal.
- Strong proofreading, analytical, time-management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in PhD application writing or academic research writing.
- Experience supporting applications to universities in Germany, Austria, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, or other European countries.
- Familiarity with funded doctoral positions, supervisor correspondence, and university research portals.
- Experience working in a study abroad consultancy or international education organisation.
- Prior research experience, publications, or a research-oriented postgraduate qualification.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
