About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Junior Consultant – Field to drive on-ground marketing, industrial outreach and lead generation for our Government Industrial Policy and Incentive Advisory services.

The candidate will engage directly with manufacturing companies, industrial establishments, industrial associations and business representatives to introduce relevant government incentive opportunities, understand business requirements and arrange qualified meetings for Technical Consultants or Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to manufacturing units, industrial estates, MIDC areas and commercial establishments within the assigned territory.
- Identify prospective companies that may benefit from Central and State Government Industrial Policies, subsidies and investment incentives.
- Meet company representatives, business owners, directors, plant heads, finance heads and other relevant decision-makers.
- Introduce the organisation’s advisory services and communicate the potential relevance of government policies to businesses.
- Identify business expansion, new investment, capacity enhancement, modernisation and other relevant investment-related opportunities.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments for Technical Consultants, Business Development teams or Senior Management.
- Develop relationships with industrial associations, local business networks, consultants and other relevant referral sources.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, meeting updates and follow-up records in the company’s CRM or lead management system.
- Coordinate with the telecalling team to ensure effective lead follow-up and meeting confirmation.
- Share field intelligence,



market feedback and emerging business opportunities with the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned targets for field visits, qualified leads, scheduled meetings and business development activities.
- Travel within the assigned region as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with marketing, commerce, business administration or management backgrounds preferred.
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B marketing, industrial sales, business development or corporate client acquisition will be preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Ability to interact confidently with industrial and corporate decision-makers.
- Strong networking, relationship management, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with industrial areas, MIDC locations and the local business ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of productive industrial visits.
- Number of relevant companies and decision-makers contacted.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of confirmed meetings arranged for Technical Consultants or Senior Management.
- Meeting attendance and lead conversion rate.
- Quality of market intelligence, reporting and follow-up.
- Development of local industry networks and referral opportunities.

Ideal Candidate A proactive and professionally presentable individual who enjoys meeting businesses, building relationships and identifying opportunities on the ground. The candidate should be capable of opening doors with industrial companies and facilitating meaningful discussions with the organisation’s technical and senior advisory teams. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
