Role & responsibilities

- Handle CNC machine retrofitting, modernization, and upgradation projects.

- Work with CNC controllers, servo drives, servo motors, and related automation systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine electrical and control-related issues.

- Execute CNC controller installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.

- Work on CNC turning centres, VMCs, HMCs, grinding machines, and other CNC equipment.

- Understand machine electrical drawings, control circuits, and CNC system integration.

- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Conduct site visits, machine inspections, technical assessments, and project execution.

- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely project completion.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CNC engineering, CNC retrofitting, or CNC machine maintenance.

- Candidates with robust hands-on CNC retrofitting expertise will be preferred, even if their total experience is slightly lower.

- Experience in Mitsubishi CNC controllers and industrial automation will be an advantage.
