Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in billing, quantity estimation, and project documentation. The candidate should have knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurement sheets, contractor bills, and running account (RA) bills, along with the ability to coordinate with site engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) Bills and final bills.

2. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed quantity estimations.

3. Check measurements and prepare measurement sheets as per site execution.

4. Verify subcontractor and contractor bills against actual site measurements.

5. Prepare client bills and follow up on bill approvals and payments.

6. Handle quantity surveying, rate analysis, and cost estimation.

7. Maintain project-related billing records and documentation.

8. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients regarding billing and measurements.

9. Prepare material reconciliation statements and monitor project costs.

10. Review drawings and specifications to calculate quantities.

11. Assist in preparing variation statements and extra-item bills.

12. Maintain records of work orders, BOQs, and bills submitted to clients.
